Visting patrons: I recommend flying to BWI, DCA or as a third choice, IAD.


FMTY: Yes. PJ or business class, if you please. In addition, I charge a small fee on a per-mile basis (~$.03/mile) that covers the purchase of CO2 offsets to mitigate the environmental impact of my travel.
